Site Safety Compliance Inspection - CDM regulations require the client to appoint the right people to complete the project including the principal contractor who is required to plan manage and monitor the construction phase. As principal designer we will review arrangements to manage health and safety and support the achievement of compliance to provide client comfort that the project is being delivered within compliance. There are a variety of site inspections available to suit your needs. 

Fire Risk & Safety Management Services including Inspections and Audits - Routine checks, inspections and monitoring of your work place to identify potential hazards and work with you to reduce or remove the risks of fire. Supporting consideration of fire risk during design, construction and pre-occupation of a building as defined by the Building Safety Act 2022.

HSEQ Legislative Compliance - Assisting the employer in the provision of safe systems of work which can be maintained. The provision of adequate health and safety information and training for employees and maintenance of safe work equipment. We will assess the risk to employees, customers and all visitors who might be affected by your workplace activity. We can advise on effective planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review of preventive and protective measures. We can review policies and procedures. We can support with provision of competent health and safety advice and advise clients of their duty of care for the workplace and the people in it.
